AI drafts. Your doctor decides.

We use AI in a few specific places on SabiDoc, mostly to save your doctor time. It never diagnoses you, never prescribes anything, and never replaces your doctor's own judgment. Here's exactly where it's used and where the lines are.

What AI actually does

Drafts a summary of your written concern for your doctor to review, edit, or rewrite before saving. Suggests which waiting patients might need a doctor sooner, so no one falls to the back of the queue by accident. Answers plain how-the-app-works questions in chat, like how fees work or how to reset a password.

What it never does

Never writes a diagnosis, an assessment, or a treatment plan. Never suggests a medication or dosage. Nothing it drafts is saved to your record until a licensed doctor has reviewed it and approved it as their own. If a question needs real medical judgment, it says so and stops.

If it's an emergency

AI doesn't handle emergencies, full stop. If anything you say suggests one, chat tells you to use the SOS button or call 112 immediately, and stops there rather than trying to help further itself.

Why draw the line here

AI is good at summarizing and sorting. It has no business deciding what's wrong with you or what you should take for it. Every prescription, referral, and clinical note on SabiDoc comes from a licensed, MDC-verified doctor who reviewed your case, not a model guessing at one.
