Providers apply with their license number, credentials, and government ID. We check every license against the Medical and Dental Council's registration records before a provider is approved to take patients, typically within 2–3 working days. The gold seal only ever appears on a provider once that check is complete.
Mobile Money is the primary payment rail, not a bolted-on option. Audio is the default consultation mode to keep data costs down. Consultations are private- pay and clearly separate from NHIS. This is a Ghana-first product — other West African markets are a later chapter, not an assumption baked into day one.
