When do I get a refund?

You never have to ask for one, refunds happen automatically. This kicks in if a consult ends in a no show, ends early, or turns out short with nothing documented on the doctor's side.

The money goes right back to the same Mobile Money number you used to pay, and you don't need to do anything to trigger it.
