How much does a consult cost?
You'll always see the price before you pay, there are no surprise charges. The fee depends on the doctor and how you book, and it's shown clearly right before you confirm.
Payment happens through Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, or AirtelTigo), and only once a doctor actually connects and the consult starts. If you cancel while you're still waiting for a doctor, nothing is charged at all.
