What's the difference between fast match and choosing my doctor?

Fast match is the quickest way to see someone: describe what's going on, and you'll be matched with the next available verified doctor, usually within a few minutes.

Choosing your doctor lets you browse profiles and pick someone specific, either to talk with them right now if they're online, or to book a time slot in advance. This option needs an active Plus or Family subscription.

Either way, you can talk by chat, audio call, or video call, whatever works best for you.
